Colombia will meet Chile in the semifinals of the 2016 Copa America Centenario on Wednesday. The match will be played at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Colombia is coming off a tight win over Peru in the quarterfinals, advancing after winning 4–2 in penalty kicks. Colombia is looking to making a Copa America final for the first time since the team won the tournament in 2001. 

Chile pulled of the most shocking win of the tournament in the quarterfinals, defeating Mexico 7–0. Eduardo Vargas led the way with four goals as Chile handed Mexico its first loss since June 2015.  

The winner will meet Argentina in the Copa America Centenario final, while the loser will play the United States in the third–place game.
