Internazionale are reportedly ready to table a bid of €60m for Bayern Munich midfielder, Arturo Vidal, as they attempt to secure a marquee summer signing.
The Nerazzurri have been fans of the all-action Chilean international ever since his days with Juventus and may now finally table a mega-money bid, with Vidal contracted to Bayern until 2019.
Chilean publication El Mercurio, via Sport Media Set, say Luciano Spalletti's side would offer the 30-year-old €8m-per-year as well as the huge transfer fee.
Vidal enjoyed a brilliant campaign in Bavaria last season, scoring four goals and recording two assists in 27 Bundesliga appearances.
The signing of Vidal would constitute a huge statement by Inter, following the acquisitions of Milan Skrinar and Borja Valero this summer. Rivals AC Milan, also under new ownership, have already added nine high-profile names to their roster this summer and now, the ball is in Inter's court to match their arch nemesis' ambitions.
