As domestic first-team debuts go, you can't go wrong by bagging your first Arsenal goals to save your club from Carabao Cup embarrassment.

That's exactly what Edward Nketiah did for the Gunners on Tuesday as his double-salvo helped Arsene Wenger's men beat Norwich 2-1 after extra-time.

The 18-year-old striker's display from the bench has been lauded by pretty much all Arsenal fans since, and one supporter even took that praise a step further by editing Nketiah's Wikipedia page in the aftermath of the match.

It's not like football fans to get carried away by a superb performance by a homegrown talent, is it!

To be fair to Nketiah and his new adoring fanbase, the Lewisham-born attacker did spare his side's blushes by notching a late equaliser to prevent the Canaries securing a historic 1-0 win at Emirates Stadium.

His second strike - bagged in extra-time - put Arsenal into the last eight of the cup competition too, but it'll be a long, long road before Nketiah can be considered a true great regardless of how well he was received last night.
