Chelsea demand €70M for Alvaro Morata amid AC Milan interest
Chelsea have set their valuation for Alvaro Morata for how much they are willing to let the Spaniard leave for this summer.
Morata only arrived at Stamford Bridge last summer from Real Madrid for a club-record fee, but his time at Chelsea could be coming to an end.
The 25-year-old hasn't had the best of starts in England, but neither did Didier Drogba for that matter and look how he turned out - and now he could be on the move.
As per Sky Sports' Angelo Mangiante, he reports that AC Milan are in talks with the Blues over a deal to bring Morata to the San Siro. However, Chelsea will accept no less than €70 million for the forward.
He reportedly wants a move back to Italy, along with his pregnant wife, and this switch if an agreement can be reached, will allow the Blues to move in for Gonzalo Higuain.
If a player doesn't want to be at the club we can't stand in their way, but is Higuain an ideal replacement?
