Lewis Baker has moved to Championship outfit Leeds United for the upcoming season on a season-long loan deal.
Th 23-year-old has moved to Elland Road in the hope of game time after an unsuccessful stint with Middlesbrough last campaign.

This will be his fifth loan spell as he looks to prove himself having yet to make a Premier League appearance for Chelsea.
But the midfielder may not be the only Blue heading to Leeds. As per Sky Sources, Jamal Blackman could make the switch as Leeds remain interested in the goalkeeper.
