Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski has played down any move to take him away from the German champions following interest from several Premier League clubs.
Lewandowski was reportedly wanting a move away from the Bavarians and Chelsea and Manchester United were set to battle out for the Polish international.
But when speaking to Sky Germany, the Bayern forward seemed to play down any rumours of him leaving the club anytime soon: "No, it has nothing to do with that.
"The speculation is funny, but it doesn’t interest me."
The Blues have a strict transfer policy with ageing players and with the forward 29, it would seem unlikely for the club to swoop in for him despite his attacking traits that he prowesses.
Chelsea have let Michy Batshuayi leave the club on loan and he has been flourishing in Germany, which could prove to be a 'new' signing for the Blues when he returns in the summer. As for now, the Blues have Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud to lead the line for Antonio Conte.
