WATCH: Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic secure sixth Premier League win in a row for Chelsea against Crystal Palace

Goals from Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic in the second-half secured all three points for Chelsea on a wet afternoon in West London.

They couldn't find an opener in the first-half, after some resolute defending from Crystal Palace but they came out of the blocks in the second-half with intent and broke the deadlock early on.

Tammy Abraham fired the Blues ahead just after the half-time interval. Mateo Kovacic found Willian, who then played it through to Abraham, who was one-on-one with the keeper.

He was cool as a cucumber as slotted it into the back of the net to score his 10th goal of the Premier League season.

Christian Pulisic then got his fifth goal in three games after he nodded home, following Michy Batshuayi's blocked and deflected shot at goal.

A fine performance from the 21-year-old capped off with a goal. Excellent footwork throughout the game, nearly saw him grab a goal in the first-half but Guaita continued to deny him. But the Spaniard was unable to do anything with the American's header which put the game all but in Chelsea's hands.

Six wins in a row in the Premier League for Chelsea sees Frank Lampard's side climb into second for the time being.

This comes after Frank Lampard picked up the award for Manager of the Month for October, the perfect way to start November. Two wins already: Watford last week, and Crystal Palace this week.

A perfect way to end for the Blues before the international break.
