Chelsea winger Willian believes he is getting ever closer to scoring a hat-trick following his recent scoring record in recent games.
The Brazilian has been a standout performer for the Blues in recent games, particularly against Barcelona on Tuesday evening where he ran the show for the home side.
As per the Metro, the 29-year-old thinks a hat-trick is close to occurring as a result of his near missed in the last few games: " I’m always ready to score goals.
"I think the hat-trick is coming soon. I nearly scored one against Hull and against Barcelona."
Willian hit the post against Barcelona twice during the first-half and was only rewarded with one which he struck sweetly in the second-half.
Talking ahead of Chelsea's Premier League fixture against Manchester United this weekend, the 29-year-old is looking to emulate Tuesday night's performance on Sunday.
"It is totally different to play in the Premier League to the Champions League. I think we can stay at this level, go to Old Trafford on Sunday and play another great game. We have to play in a similar way.
"We have to stay compact and use the same plan we used against Barcelona. We can win these games."
If Chelsea can take all three points this weekend at Old Trafford, they can go level on points with Jose Mourinho's side as they look to cement their place in the Champions League spots.
