As well as possible incomings joining new central defender Ibrahima Konate, there may also be several outgoings from Anfield this summer.
One player who is likely to depart Liverpool before next season is Divock Origi. There is rumoured interest from more than one club for the Belgian striker including Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
According to Turkish newspaper Fotomac (via Sports Witness) Fenerbahce are in the market for a striker this summer and are looking to strike a loan deal with with an option with Liverpool for Origi. The Istanbul side are also linked with Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke.
Origi has three years left on his current contract but is unlikely to see out another season with the Reds. The 26 year-old has made 157 appearances for the club, scoring 35 goals including iconic strikes against Barcelona and Tottenham in the Champions League.
Although he has gained cult status at Liverpool, Origi has always struggled to find a consistent level of form for the Reds and it seems a permanent move away from the club is the best option for the Belgium international.
Despite a good relationship with the striker, Jurgen Klopp will be aware that it would be difficult to continue to find a place for Divock Origi given the emergence of Diogo Jota and Origi's lack of contributions last season.
The possible snag in a deal to sell the Premier League winner is that Fenerbahce are requesting a loan deal before any obligation to buy the striker.
Liverpool will be reluctant to agree to such terms as they have already loaned out several players in the past few seasons and will be looking to finally cash in permanently on these returning members of the squad.
