He is one of the main reasons we are where we are. There's a reason why Real Madrid are sniffing around.

Just look at the players he has brought in. Mohamed Salah, Virgil Van Dijk, Alisson Becker, Fabinho and much more.

Not just the incoming either that have been incredible. We sold Rhian Brewster for £23.5m. We sold Dominic Solanke for £19m.

To put that into perspective, those two fees were worth more than double Andy Robertson's fee. Michael Edwards is a genius. He could buy Jude Bellingham for £60m plus six packs of jammy dodgers and still manage to have Borussia Dortmund wanting only four packs.

Next few weeks I'm hoping to see - a Mohamed Salah new contract extension and a Michael Edwards new contract extension.

Jurgen Klopp and Michael Edwards are the dream team. It is vital that this team stay together if we want to continue being successful.
