Several Clubs Show Interest In Taiwo Awoniyi

West Brom, Fulham and Stoke City have all made enquiries over Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi's services.

Liverpool look set to offload several squad players this summer. The Reds have many players that have been deemed 'dead wood' ahead of the summer transfer window. 

Jurgen Klopp and Michael Edwards will hope that they can accumulate funds in order to fund moves for the likes of Youri Tielemans, Rodrigo De Paul and Jadon Sancho

Some of the names that have been linked with Liverpool exits include; Harry Wilson, Marko Grujic, Divock Origi, Taiwo Awoniyi and Xherdan Shaqiri.

According to Football League World, Liverpool have several potential suitors that have shown interest in signing Taiwo Awoniyi. 

The striker has had several loans since joining Liverpool from the Imperial Soccer Academy in 2015. 

The Nigerian has had loan spells at FSV Frankfurt, Nijmegen Eendracht Combinatie, Royal Excel Mouscron (x2), KAA Gent, Mainz 05 and most recently Union Berlin. 

While he has made several loans, he has yet to make a senior appearance for Liverpool due to issues getting a work permit. 

However, he has finally earned a work permit that will allow him to play in the Premier League or another division in England. 

The Athletic have previously reported that Liverpool are asking for £8  million for the striker's services.
