Liverpool appear set for a busy summer window.
After clawing their way to a top four Premier League finish, Liverpool received the massive boost that is Champions League football.
Shortly after the season ended, Liverpool announced their first signing.
Liverpool's first signing of the summer was no other than French centre back Ibrahima Konate.
The Reds reached an agreement with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig for a rumoured fee of £36 million.
However, it appears that Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards are quickly moving on to the club's next target.
According to reports, that next target could potentially be Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.
Liverpool Tracking Youri Tielemans
While Liverpool are targeting Youri Tielemans, reports have come out saying that the Belgian midfielder is set to leave Leicester City this summer.
“When he’ll play a good Euros I expect [Youri Tielemans] to be leaving yes. He’s ready for a new challenge/next step – and I also believe that."
“He’s an absolute talent with an excellent mentality on and off the pitch."
Although he did confirm that Tielemans will likely leave Leicester, he admitted that Liverpool face strong competition from multiple sides including Manchester United.
“A lot of clubs like Manchester United and a Spanish top team already want him."
“He had it difficult in the past at AS Monaco, but at Leicester everyone saw his real qualities again. I think we’ll hear soon more about his near future.”
