Jurgen Klopp Asks Liverpool To Sign Neuhaus

According to reports, the German manager has asked the club to sign the Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder.

Jugen Klopp is said to be hopeful of refreshing his squad this summer.

The club has already brought in one key signing after coming to an agreement with Bundesliga side Red Bull Leipzig.

French centre back Ibrahima Konate was brought in to sure up Liverpool's backline after an injury ridden year that saw the Reds play without Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip for extended periods of time.

According to reports, Jurgen Klopp previously told Liverpool to sign four specific players.

The news said that the German manager asked Liverpool to sign Yves Bissouma, Youri Tielemans, Raphinha and Patson Daka.

Since then, news has come out that Yves Bissouma has made up his mind and has requested a move to Arsenal despite Liverpool's interest in signings him.

With this news, Jurgen Klopp has updated his wish list and had made a new request to the Liverpool Football Club board.

New reports indicate that Jurgen Klopp has dropped his pursuit of Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma and replaced him with Florian Neuhaus.

According to Diario AS Florian Neuhaus is the 'chosen one' to replace Georginio Wijnaldum.

The report goes on to say that Jurgen Klopp has personally requested that Liverpool sign the young German midfielder.

Liverpool have successfully fought off interest from FC Bayern Munich, Juventus and Manchester City to sign the 23 year-old.
