Mohamed Salah is having yet another incredible season for Liverpool Football Club. The Egyptian winger has 19 goals which sees him tied with Tottenham's Harry Kane in the Premier League's golden boot race. In all competitions, Salah has 28 goals and four assists. However, even after the impressive stats, Mohamed Salah is still worried that Liverpool will sell him this summer.
It was rumoured that Mohamed Salah was looking to force a move away from Liverpool amidst interest from major European clubs like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, it seems that his stance has changed as Simon Hughes from The Athletic UK reports that the Egyptian national is not determined to push through a move to another club.
In a strange turn of events, it turns out the Mohamed Salah, not Liverpool, is nervous. It is claimed that Mohamed Salah fears that Liverpool will cash in on him this season after an unpredictable season.
There have been rumours that Liverpool are looking to accumulate funds to make cover the costs of a move for Paris Saint-Germain attacker Kylian Mbappe. While Liverpool supporters would welcome the addition of Mbappe, they would surly not want to sacrifice Salah to make it happen.
With Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino both having down seasons, it does seem likely that if Jurgen Klopp wants to bring in Kylian Mbappe to Anfield, Mohamed Salah would be the most likely candidate to leave.
Will Mohamed Salah be a Liverpool player next season?
