Ahead of Friday morning's highly-anticipated UEFA Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draw, we decided to have a bit of fun and take it upon ourselves to simulate the procedure.

We won't get too much into the details of Friday's draw, but you can find out everything you need to know, where you can watch it live, and the general gist of what is set to take place in Nyon right here.

So, into the draw. We entered all eight of the remaining teams into a draw simulator, and it's fair to say, Manchester City certainly have a challenge on their hands:

1. PSG vs Liverpool

2. Bayern Munich vs Manchester City

3. Borussia Dortmund vs FC Porto

4. Chelsea vs Real Madrid

As the semi-final draw will also take place on Friday morning, here's what our simulation predicted would take place in the following round:

PSG/Liverpool vs Bayern Munich/Manchester City

Chelsea/Real Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund/FC Porto

Although many football fans deem Manchester City as the favourites to secure this season's Champions League, a match-up against Hansi Flick's Bayern Munich would present the greatest challenge in recent seasons.

Pep Guardiola's side are yet to win the Champions League, but may count themselves very unfortunate given some of the incidents that have led to the Etihad club crashing out of the Europe's premier competition in previous campaigns.

Many deem this season to be their best chance of winning the entire thing, but Friday's draw will give a clear indication as to how possible that really is...
