The Turkish wonderkid (who plays for second-division club Altinordu F.K) has been scouted by City before, as reported by Fotosporback in September - and it looks like the Manchester club are still interested, as a scout representing the Premier League champions was reportedly in attendance for their Izmir derby against Altay.
The Turkish media outlet say a number of clubs are interested in the 15-year-old, including Leicester City and top flight side Fenerbache. However, they've attached a €3.5m price tag to Ince as his reputation as a promising Turkish talent continues to grow.
Manchester City are no strangers to buying players of a similar age, having signed 16-year-old Morgan Rogers for £4m in the summer. However, it isn't expected that City are serious about moving for Ince at this time, and are merely monitoring his current situation.
