Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo Araújo has drawn up a shortlist of potential signings in midfield for the French outfit, including Manchester City veteran Fernandinho, according to Le10Sport.
The Brazilian is yet to sign a new deal with the Premier League champions, with his existing contract expiring at the end of the current season. It was suggested by Fernandinho's City teammate Riyad Mahrez this week, that the 34-year-old had already indicated that he would be leaving at the end of the season.
According to Le10Sport, PSG sporting director Leonardo Aráujo has his eye on four potential midfield recruits ahead of the summer transfer window, with the City veteran among those names. Lucas Paqueta (AC Milan), Sandro Tonali (Brescia) and Allan (Napoli) are also named in the report.
It is suggested that if negotiations between Manchester City and the player himself are underway, then the player is 'yet to decide'. Araújo would intend on taking advantage of the situation, and sign the midfielder for free come the end of the season.
