In his conversation with Manchester City, Oleksandr Zinchenko talked about his targets that include winning in the Premier League and Champions League this season. He stated that winning the European competition is the 'dream for every football player'.

The 24-year-old recently made his way into Pep Guardiola's starting XI in the absence of Nathan Ake, and he has performed well in his last few appearances. Zinchenko is hopeful of winning the third Premier League title in addition to a victory in Champions League.

Here's what Zinchenko had to say about title hopes from the 2020/21 season:

"I would like to win the Premier League and Champions League, that is my target. It is my dream from when I was a kid. Of course, we already won the PL twice, but we always want more. Three times is better than two, and the UCL is a dream for every football player."

Zinchenko also revealed that his team is happy with the consecutive clean sheets and feel good about the three points. He also added that Man City players are working hard towards improving their attack as they want to score more goals going forward.

"I would say we are [enjoying our football]. For any defender, after the final whistle and you have a clean sheet, it is the perfect day. When it is three points, it is even better. The feeling is really good."

"We are on the right way, but we still have to improve a lot of things, especially closer to the opponent's target because we have to score more. We are really creating a lot of chances, but in the final third we have to do better", he concluded.
