Carlos Soler on his first Spain senior call up - Soccer - OneFootball on Sports Illustrated

Valencia CF player Carlos Soler received his first call up to the Spanish national team after years featuring in the youth sides. He had already being called up by Luis Enrique to take part in the alternative bubble of players that trained together in the days leading to the start of the Euro 2020, when the main squad was isolated after Sergio Busquets tested positive. Soler did not end up making his Spain debut, but he later won the silver medal with the olympic team in Tokyo 2020.
