Aron Johannsson has done it yet again.

The Icelandic-American forward tallied another Dutch Cup goal for AZ Alkmaar as part of a 2-0 win over Roda JC, helping put AZ in the semifinals of the competition as it looks to defend its title. Jozy Altidore helped guide AZ to that title last season with eight goals in six cup games, and Johannsson is following in the footsteps of his U.S. international teammate. In three cup games, he now has six goals.

In the 59th minute with his team nursing a 1-0 lead, Johannsson latched onto a header from Viktor Elm, took a touch in stride in the right side of the box and finished low with his right foot for his 20th goal in all competitions. For those keeping track, Altidore's single-season goals record for an American abroad is 31, set during his prolific 2012-13 campaign.
