Atlanta United’s Josef Martinez suffered a torn ACL after its 2-1 victory over Nashville on Sunday, and the injury may have the Venezuelan striker absent for most of the season. Atlanta now has an urgent need for a No. 9 who can provide cover. Martinez is among MLS’ top players entering his fourth season.
