In Europe, most major soccer leagues have suspended their seasons indefinitely, except for Turkish Soccer League Süper Lig, which only just suspended their season due to the coronavirus pandemic. USMNT player Tyler Boyd is a striker for Turkish club Besiktas, and they just played their most heated and important rivalry match, not just for the club but for the country of Turkey, against Galatasaray with no audience. SI's Brian Straus gives Boyd's account on how it was like playing for one of the few remaining leagues in the world of soccer, and how it changed the sport completely.
