This comedy released in 1989 tells the story of Cleveland's major league team and its new owner, who tries to tank the team's record and move the club to Miami. Naturally, the season doesn't go quite as planned.

Bad News Bears

Another baseball comedy, Bad News Bears follows a former player (now a grumpy, heavy-drinking pool cleaner) who is asked to coach a youth baseball team.
