Both teams won their opening game and with a four-team region, they need just one more win to make the championship game on Friday.
The winner of the game will automatically play for the title, while the loser will have to take on Washington, D.C. on Thursday in an elimination game.

The Mid-Atlantic region is the smallest region in the Little League World Series, with only four teams competing in the tournament. Both Pennsylvania and Delaware are looking to take advantage of that and move into the championship game with their second win on Tuesday.
Pennsylvania opened the tournament with a big 7-3 win over Washington, D.C. when it scored three runs in the third inning and two more in the fifth and sixth.
Delaware had a much closer game when it needed a run in the bottom of the sixth to knock off Maryland. The Delaware pitchers combined to throw a no-hitter, but still gave up a run in the top of the sixth.
