Maine has played just two games in the regional but has made the most of its time as it beat Vermont 3-0 before taking down Massachusetts. It has gotten great pitching during the regional and will be looking to do it again on Thursday. It has had two days off so its pitching should be ready to go.
Massachusetts had to play an extra game on Wednesday due to losing to Maine, but it had little trouble getting by New Hampshire 11-0. It gave up just two hits in the game and the offense was rolling in the big win that set up a rematch against Maine.
