The Cardinal won their last game against then 24th ranked Colorado (62-49) behind their stout defense and 21 points from Hannah Jump on 5-10 shooting from three.
So far this season in conference the Cardinal have wins against every top, contending team other than USC (lost 56-46) and will get their first chance against Oregon this weekend.
They have been the class of the conference again this season led by junior Cameron Brink (14.2 points, 9.7 rebounds and 3.4 blocks per game) and seniors Haley Jones (13.5 points and 9.0 rebounds) and Hannah Jump (12.3 points on 45.5% from three).
Between that trio and their depth, defense and experience the Cardinal are on track for another run to the Final Four.
