The third round of the Blessings Collegiate Invitational tees off with the best college golfers in the sport on Wednesday.

The second round of the 2022 Blessings Collegiate Invitational saw a huge swing in the standings of both the teams and individual leaderboards. There are new leaders at the top of the women’s and men’s individual leaderboards and in both of the teams' leaderboards as well. As the third round starts today, Texas A&M and Ole Miss lead the men’s and women’s teams' leaderboards respectively, with Daniel Rodrigues and Andrea Lignell at the top of the individual leaderboards. The second round of the 2022 Blessings Collegiate Invitational saw massive changes in the leaderboard, which is not uncommon in team-based formats like this.

In the second round, Rodrigues was able to jump the first-round leader for the men’s individual lead with a 66, shooting six under par overall. He overtook Gunner Broin, who had the initial lead after the first round but took a step back with a 71 in the second round.

Rodrigues was a major part of the Aggies (-11) taking the lead in the men’s individual draw with his huge second round. They are now 12 strokes ahead of the host team, Arkansas, who is one over par overall.

For the women’s tournament, Lignell led the Rebels in the second round to help her surpass Julia Lopez Ramirez and Mississippi State as the third round gets started today.
