Since then they have been on a rampage to let the rest of the nation know that one loss was an outlier on their record and they are here to compete for a national championship.

The Ascenders rolled in their win over the East Leopards by a score of 63-13 on the road in Utah showing how great this team can be when they are clicking on all cylinders:
In their first game of the season, the Ascenders lost to the Miami-based Rockets 14-20 in a tough, hard-fought battle between two great teams. The best teams in the state and arguably the country.
Since that loss they have been monsters, outscoring their last two opponents by a combined 113-19, dominating on both ends of the ball.
Now they take on a very talented team from Alabama in the Red Devils, who are 33.0 points per game and holding their opponents to just 12.2 points per game. Their only loss came to the 18th ranked team in Alabama, the Opelika Bulldogs in overtime 14-17 in what might be the game of the year for the state.
