The Wild beat the Philadelphia Flyers 3-2 in overtime on Thursday. The Flyers scored the first goal of the game but Matt Boldy came back with two straight goals. If that wasn't enough, Boldy assisted Mats Zuccarello for the game-winner in the extra period. With 28 saves from Marc Andre Fleury, it was a pretty complete win from Minnesota.
Buffalo beat Winnipeg 3-2 in regulation to keep its win streak alive. Buffalo scored three straight goals after a scoreless first period. Winnipeg made a valiant attempt at a comeback scoring two goals in the final five minutes of the game. It was too little, too late though as Buffalo was able to hold the Jets to just 21 shots.
