How to Watch Spain in the 2022 FIFA World Cup: Live Stream, TV Channel

Here's how to catch Spain in action at this year's World Cup.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup gets underway on Nov. 20, with host nation Qatar taking on Ecuador. But for fans of Spain, things kick off on Wednesday when the team takes on Costa Rica in a group-stage matchup. Spain is part of Group E of the World Cup along with Costa Rica, Germany and Japan. Spain made it to the Round of 16 in the 2018 World Cup, where the team lost to Russia on penalty kicks. Spain enters this year as the favorite to advance out of the group and a dark horse pick to win the 2022 World Cup.

The schedule for Brazil in the group stage looks like this:

Nov. 23: Spain vs Costa Rica - 11:00 a.m. ET - FOX

Nov. 28: Spain vs Germany - 2:00 p.m. ET - FOX Sports 1

Dec. 1: Spain vs Japan - 2:00 p.m. ET - FOX or FS1

Spain is the highest-ranked team in its group, as the team was seventh in October's FIFA rankings. Germany is ranked 11th, while Japan is 24th and Costa Rica is 31st. But while it might seem that Spain and Germany have an easy path to the knockout phase, anything can happen in a three-game sample.
