Ghana vs. Uruguay: How to Watch World Cup 2022, Live Stream, TV Channel
Both Ghana and Uruguay still have a chance of reaching the 2022 World Cup knockout stages when the two teams collide in their final Group H fixture in Al Wakrah on Friday.
These two teams share plenty of bad blood from their only meeting to date, with Luis Suarez’s infamous handball in the 2010 World Cup quarterfinals, which guided Ghana out of the tournament. Suarez is still part of Uruguay’s forward line in what’s sure to be his last World Cup, offering Otto Addo’s side all the more motivation to redeem that South Africa defeat more than a decade ago.

It was always expected that teams would be competing for second place behind Portugal in the pool, and Ghana is so far winning that race with three points to its name thus far.
Even a draw could be enough for the Black Stars to qualify behind Portugal, though first place is technically still within reach should Cristiano Ronaldo’s squad suffer a loss against Korea Republic.
Ghana came out on the receiving end of a 3-2 defeat to group leader Portugal in its first match, but returned the favor by winning with an identical scoreline against Korea Republic on Monday.
The Black Stars’ hopes of a place in the final 16 briefly wilted when the Koreans scored twice in quick succession to level, but Mohammed Kudus completed his brace to decide the fixture.
Uruguay’s no-nonsense brand of soccer hasn’t produced the goods thus far in Qatar, where it is one of only three teams to have failed to score a goal after two group games.
However, Diego Alonso’s side can take confidence in the knowledge that a win on Friday would still drive them up to second and through to the last 16 if Korea Republic doesn't beat Portugal.
