Las Vegas evened the series with an absolutely incredible game from MVP candidate A’ja Wilson who went off for 33 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks:
Through two games this series, Wilson is averaging 20.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocks despite having a rough first game on the offensive end. She stepped up in a way that showcased to the world why she is a former MVP and in a position to win her second MVP, while chasing her first WNBA championship.
On the other side, Stewart is averaging 28.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game.
Tina Charles has really stepped up on the glass (13.5 per game) to make Stewart’s life easier, allowing her to move around the perimeter and flex her defensive muscles even more.
The wildcards for Las Vegas and Seattle have to be Kelsey Plum and Jewell Loyd, who can take over any game against any team. In game one, Loyd stepped up and in game two Plum did. Who is going to swing game three today?
