Kjetil Jansrud of Norway: Leads the standings on the World Cup circuit and has two wins this season. Captured gold in this discipline at Sochi Games.

Hannes Reichelt of Austria: The course seems to suit the 34-year-old as he won the super-G race at Beaver Creek in December.

Aksel Lund Svindal of Norway: Sure, he had surgery to fix a torn Achilles in October and hasn't trained all that much, but whenever he's in a race he can win.

Ted Ligety, United States: He is the defending world champion in this discipline, one of the three golds he captured two years ago in Austria. Best finish in a World Cup super-G race this season is 11th.

Bode Miller, United States: Had a herniated disk repaired in November, but plans on racing. Has four wins at Beaver Creek, none in the super-G.
