Long, lean, red-faced Herbert Jude Score of the Cleveland Indians (see page 39), a 21-year-old left-handed pitcher in his first season in the major leagues, has been described as "so good you can't believe it." He won four of his first six games, pitched a three-hit shutout one time, struck out 16 batters another, is waging a spirited fight with Bob Turley of the Yankees for the major league strikeout leadership.
