ROBBIE BARD
For three years, 14-year-old Robbie Bard of Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. has been 1) tying trout flies and 2) enraging adult fishermen in the area. Robbie refuses to sell his flies (he does sell worms) and, perhaps as a result, he is the only fisherman roundabout who invariably catches his limit.

JUDY ALLEN
Judy Allen, 18, of Oakland, Calif. took up skeet two years ago, but she has already been named to the women's All-America team and has broken a women's world mark that stood for 14 years. Shooting 12-, 20- and .410-gauge guns at 300 "pigeons," she broke 292 to beat the record by four.
