Ohio State NATIONAL CHAMPIONS

December 29, 2003

Some call it the greatest game in college football history. In
the second quarter of the Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 3, Ohio State
quarterback Craig Krenzel stretched into the end zone to give the
Buckeyes a 7-7 tie with heavily favored--and unbeaten--Miami.
Ohio State went on to defeat the Hurricanes 31-24 in triple
overtime, earning the Buckeyes their first national championship
since 1968.
