Clint McKinney rushed for an all-time collegiate high of 419 yards in 41 carries as College of the Canyons in Valencia, Calif. trounced Mt. Jacinto 73-29. Halfback Mc-Kinney scored four touchdowns in becoming the only collegian to better 400 yards.

Mark Green of Broomall, Pa. was the key to all his team's scoring with seven goals and two assists as the Blue Line Hockey Club routed the General Washington hockey team 9-0 in a Delaware Valley League pee-wee game. His first goal came in the first half-minute.

Pam Bagian of Lincoln Park, Mich., a winner of numerous middle and long-distance running championships in 1970, including the junior women's 880 and the Canadian national cross-country, was named this year's outstanding Woman Track Athlete in Michigan.

Larry Battle, wide receiver and kicking specialist for unbeaten (9-0) Reedley College in Reedley, Calif., has surpassed national junior-college scoring records for a game (42 points) and a season (204) set by San Francisco City College's O.J. Simpson in 1966.

Dave Brindley was one of eight Darien (Conn.) High School runners to join in setting a new national prep record of 245.1 miles covered for a 24-hour relay race. The old record of 236.9 miles was established last June by a New Canaan (Conn.) High team.

Roman Rosul scored 32 of his team's 52 goals this season and assisted on 10 others to lead the Rocky River (Ohio) High School soccer team to an 11-0 season and, as champions of the North Eastern Ohio Soccer League, to the mythical state championship.
