Daron and Dallas, co-captains and co-MVPs of the 1984-85 Kings Mountain Junior High wrestling squad, led the Patriots, who have won all 51 of their conference meets since they joined the league in 1977, to their eighth-straight league championship. In two seasons, Daron won 28 of 29 matches, 26 of them on pins, including one in just eight seconds. Dallas, meanwhile, won 24 of 25 matches, 23 of them on pins. His quickest pin was executed in 12 seconds.
