THEY COULD HAVE DANCED ALL NIGHT...

...and unfortunately, they did. For 12 rounds in Las Vegas on Saturday, WBC heavyweight champ Mike Tyson and his WBA counterpart, James (Bonecrusher) Smith, did a unification tango worthy of Arthur Murray. "Smith didn't come to fight," Tyson growled. "He didn't want to win. He came to survive." In fact, Smith's strategy—run and grab, get hit and grab, and sometimes just grab—did throw Tyson off his rhythm. As he overstrode to get inside, Tyson found himself in too tight to punch and had to grab right along with Smith. Oh, yes: Tyson, who won the decision, is now the world's only heavyweight champ—at least until the IBF replaces Michael Spinks, who was defrocked for refusing to defend his title against Tony Tucker.
