Lisa, 14, defeated Kim Jennings of Wynnewood 6 and 5 to win the Philadelphia Junior Girls' golf championship at LuLu Country Club. She has won 27 junior titles, including the Junior World 11-12 age-group crown in 1988.

HUGH HACKETT
ALBUQUERQUE
Hackett, 70, a former track coach at the University of New Mexico, won eight track and field events in the 65-69 age group at the Bernalillo County (N.Mex) Senior Olympics. In five events, his marks were the meet's best in any age group.

FORT RICHARDSON, ALASKA
Yosheba, 11, a pitcher-first baseman for Arctic Ice of the 12-and-under age group in the Fort Richardson section of the Anchorage Softball Association, finished the season batting .783 with 13 home runs, 25 runs scored and 58 RBIs in 20 games.

TERRY PECKINPAUGH
SANTA CRUZ, CALIF.
Peckinpaugh, 44, a vice-chairman of Wheelchair Athletics USA, set a Class IV U.S. shot-put record of 32'9" at the National Wheelchair Championships. His throw was 2'3½" farther than the mark established by Jim Zajac in 1984.

SHIRLEY WORKMAN
CUMBERLAND, MD.
Workman, 58, a former student at Allegany Community College, finished the regular season undefeated in 11 tennis matches at the No. 1 singles position. In postseason play she reached the regional finals in both singles and doubles.

JASON LEWIS
MOLINE, ILL.
Jason, 17, won the scholastic divisions of the 220-pound Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling competitions at the Prairie State Games. He won the Greco-Roman title match with a pin, and the freestyle championship on a 6-1 decision.
