Simeon, a senior heavyweight wrestler at Kahuku High, won a state title for the second straight year to wrap up a 41-0 season. He now has gone unbeaten in 95 matches and has a career mark of 199-6-1, with 153 pins.

Phillips, 68, made consecutive holes in one on Timber Pines Country Club's 162-yard par-3 2nd hole and the 140-yard par-3 3rd hole. They were the first holes in one in Phillips's 40 years of golfing.
Kosiorek, a senior All-America basketball forward at West Virginia, led Atlantic 10 women in points (24.3) and assists (6.8) per game. She is also an academic All-America, with a 3.8 average in accounting.
Heather, 10, set two national age-group (10 and younger) records at the state swim meet with clockings of 33.09 and 1:11.89 in the 50-and 100-yard breaststrokes, respectively. She won 10 of 11 individual events.
Brad, who is a senior lefthanded pitcher and centerfielder at Jackson Academy, struck out 18 and walked none in a six-inning, one-hit, 14-1 defeat of Christian School. Last year he stole 87 bases in 39 games.
Kenoyer, a junior gymnast at Utah, set an NCAA women's all-around record with 39.75 points as the Utes won the WAC title. She had a 9.9 on the vault, a 9.9 on the bars, a 10 on the beam and a 9.95 in the floor exercise.
