They Keep Going And Going....

Lest anyone think that Cal Ripken Jr. keeps his consecutive-game streak alive with pinch-hitting appearance; or that he rests by ducking out early in blowouts, a little research reveals otherwise. Ripken's string stood at 1,646 games through Saturday, and this season he had missed only four innings. But he's not the only guy who rarely comes out of the lineup. Here are the iron men who have played the highest percentage of their teams' innings this season at each of the nine positions on the diamond.
