Northern Lights

The sky over Lillehammer was aglow at the opening ceremonies of the XVII Winter Olympics. The temperature was a numbing 14°, but the spirits of the 40,000 spectators soared. So did U.S. downhiller Tommy Moe, the surprise winner of one of the Games' first two gold medals (following story)
