Cycling Sarah, 17, won the women's 17-18 match sprint, the 500-meter time trial and the two-kilometer pursuit at the junior national championships. Archery Wheatcroft, 18, missed perfection by a point, outshooting Sweden's Pontus Gothman 119-115 in the final to successfully defend his men's compound bow title at the junior world championships. He also helped the U.S. top Sweden 252-243 to capture the team gold.
