leading the tournament with 39 one-putt greens.... Annika
Sorenstam's victory at the Electrolux Championship was her 34th,
tying Betsy King for 12th on the LPGA's career list. Sorenstam's
eight-under 64 was the lowest final-round score in any of her
wins.... Senior Bruce Lietzke, declared the champ at the TD
Waterhouse Championship when the last round was washed out, is
the first 50-year-old to win four times in a season since Bruce
Fleisher, in 1999.... Angel Cabrera made a clutch up-and-down on
the final hole to win the Benson & Hedges International Open in
Coldfield, England, his second European tour victory.... Patrick
Moore stole the tour's Richmond Open with an eagle on the
72nd hole.
