Forget Y2K. Instead, the sexier question was Y3D? For the first
swimsuit issue of the new millennium, SI added a special section
featuring Heidi Klum, Daniela Pestova & Co. captured by a 3-D
camera (3-D glasses were included with the issue). And the
eye-popping photography did not stop there. Elsa Benitez wowed
'em on our 2001 cover, and in 2002, Argentine stunner Yamila
Diaz-Rahi, who was born one year before Christie Brinkley made
her first cover appearance (1979), landed on the front of SI. The
future, we think you'll agree, is in fine hands.

One of the funniest things I've seen was on a flight the day your

forward lavatory, I noticed that fully half of the men were
wearing the 3D glasses. It looked like a charter flight from a

I couldn't help but notice Ben Crenshaw's bracelet with the

I have been a subscriber for nearly 10 years and usually enjoy
every issue. All I am requesting is for you to include male
swimsuit models in your next swimsuit issue. I have no problem
with the swimsuit issue but would enjoy it a little more with a
few scantily clad men.
