Vijay Singh saved par 16 of the 21 times he missed a green at the
Tour Championship, including 10 of 11 tries from the sand....
Runner-up Charles Howell was a perfect 60 for 60 on putts of

Woods pushed his earnings to $6.9 million and won his fourth
straight money title, tying Tom Watson's record.... Luke Donald's
victory at the Southern Farm Bureau Classic was his first top 10
of the season.... Grace Park won the World Ladies Match Play
Championship in Narita City, Japan, beating Midori Yoneyama in
the final in 22 holes.... Three of the LPGA's top four money
winners--Annika Sorenstam, Se Ri Pak and Mi Hyun Kim--lost
first-round matches.... Ian Poulter won the Italian Open for the
second time in three years, beating Paul Lawrie by two strokes.
