Greatest Moment

November 24, 2003

Third and two feet. Fourth and six inches. Twice Penn State ran
the ball up the middle, and twice the Alabama defense stopped the
Nittany Lions short of the end zone in a thrilling fourth-quarter
goal line stand that preserved the Crimson Tide's 14-7 win in the
1979 Sugar Bowl and gave legendary coach Bear Bryant his fifth of
six national championships.
