MIKE TYSON VS. DANNY WILLIAMS SHOWTIME PAY-PER-VIEW 9 PM > Deep
in debt, Iron Mike, who hasn't fought since February 2003,
travels to Louisville to take on Williams (31-3, 26 KOs), an
Englishman who is the World Boxing Union champ. Says the
profligate pugilist, "I am a fool, but I am glad to be back."

SATURDAY 31

LIVE FROM NEW YORK ROBBIE KNIEVEL JUMPS USS INTREPID TNT
8 PM > To promote TNT's movie about his father (it follows at 9
p.m.), Evel's boy tries to jump over military aircraft on the
deck of the World War II aircraft carrier in New York Harbor. --
MLS ALL-STAR GAME ABC 2 PM > The last time the East played the
West, in 2001, the sides played to a 6-6 draw.

SUNDAY 1

WOMEN'S BRITISH OPEN ABC 1 PM > Annika Sorenstam defends her
title. -- BASSMASTERS ESPN 5:30 PM > Anglers take part in the 34th
Super Bowl of bass fishing, on Lake Wylie near Charlotte. Last
year's winner was Mike Iaconelli of New Jersey, who's been known
to scream, "You gotta believe!" while hauling in a fish.

MONDAY 2

BATTLE AT THE BRIDGES ABC 8 PM > In a one-round, best-ball duel
Tiger Woods and Hank Kuehne take on Phil Mickelson and John Daly.
Kuehne (312.7 yards), Daly (305.6) and Woods (301.8) are among
the Tour's longest hitters--all are in the top six in driving
distance this year--while Mickelson is the Tour's leading money
winner, with $5.4 million.

TUESDAY 3

ON THIS DAY: Twenty years ago 16-year-old Mary Lou Retton scored
a perfect 10 on both of her vaults to win the all-around
competition at the L.A. Olympics and become the first American
gymnast to earn a gold. This year the U.S. women's team enters
the Olympic competition, which begins on Aug. 15, as heavy
favorites.

WEDNESDAY 4

LEGENDS OF THE HALL: COACHES NFL NETWORK 9 PM > In the third of a
four-part series of roundtables with NFL legends, Rich Eisen
chats with Mike Ditka, Don Shula and Marv Levy. -- WESTERN &
SOUTHERN FINANCIAL GROUP MASTERS ESPN2 1 PM > The ATP tour pulls
into Cincinnati.

THURSDAY 5

U.S. WOMEN'S NATIONAL TEAM VS. WNBA ALL-STARS ESPN 7 PM > The
Athens-bound hoops squad, led by Lisa Leslie and Diana Taurasi,
takes on a team of WNBA colleagues at Radio City Music Hall in a
last test before the Games. -- X GAMES ESPN 9 PM > On day one of
four, the men's skateboard street and vert finals.
