Kaumba, a senior at Oklahoma Baptist, won the women's individual title at the University of Arkansas's Chile Pepper Festival. The 2003 NAIA champion has won all six races she has entered this year, giving her a string of 12 consecutive victories over the past two seasons.

Pines, a sophomore goalkeeper at Northwestern, had a five-save shutout against the defending national champ, Indiana. The Wildcats' first-ever victory over the Hoosiers snapped Indiana's 31match, three-year home win streak. He was named to Soccer America's team of the week.

Tyrell Sutton
AKRON > Football

Tyrell, a senior running back at Archbishop Hoban High, ran for 314 yards in a win over Canton Central, bringing his career rushing total to a state-record 8,435 yards. After gaining 150 yards in his next game, he also holds the Ohio record for consecutive 100-yard games (35).

Stephanie Kebler
OKEMOS, MICH. > Tennis
Stephanie, a senior at Okemos High, won her 94th straight match and her third Michigan Division 2 girls' singles championship, leading the Chieftains to the state finals. Her winning streak is a Michigan High School Athletic Association record, 18 more than the previous mark.

Scotty Johnson
DUNBAR, W.VA. > Bowling
Johnson, 37, a West Virginia tax official, ended a game with five consecutive strikes and then bowled back-to-back 300 games for a personal-best 846 series in league competition at Dunbar Bowling Center. Over the last 20 years he has had 24 300 games and 12 800 series.

Emily Wolfing
MOUNT AIRY, MD. > Volleyball
Wolfing, a senior outside hitter at Washington and Lee, led her team to its 42nd consecutive conference victory with 15 kills and 11 digs in a 3--0 win over Roanoke. The Generals have now won 18 straight matches, a school record, and she has 1,440 career digs and 1,372 kills.
